A sedan costs $82 between Pearson and downtown and $82 from Pearson to Billy Bishop. Hamilton is $120, Region of Waterloo $167 and Buffalo Niagara $452. Every amount is for the entire car, one direction.

Toronto Pearson is at 6301 Silver Dart Drive in Mississauga, with two passenger terminals: Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. A sedan between Pearson and downtown Toronto costs $82, and an SUV costs $106.
Billy Bishop sits on the Toronto Islands, about 3 km from Union Station. We stop at the mainland terminal at the foot of Eireann Quay. From there you cross on foot in about six minutes, or ride the 90-second ferry.
Hamilton's airport is at 9300 Airport Road in Mount Hope, about 11 km southwest of downtown Hamilton. It is 82 km from Pearson.
The airport is at 4881 Fountain Street North in Breslau, on the east side of Kitchener. It is 84 km from Pearson along the 401.
Buffalo's airport is at 4200 Genesee Street in Cheektowaga, New York, 168 km from Pearson. Pack a passport or NEXUS card for each traveller, since the trip crosses into the US.
Choosing
Pearson has by far the most flights, so it is the default for most of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Billy Bishop sits just 3 km from Union Station, which makes it the quick choice for a downtown start.
Hamilton is the nearest airport for Burlington, 34 km away, and a good fit for the west end. Region of Waterloo suits Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. Buffalo Niagara can make sense for some US flights, once you add our fare and the border time.
East of the city the island wins on distance: from Ajax, Billy Bishop is 49 km and Pearson is 55 km.
Vehicles
Short hops to Pearson or the island usually need only the Lincoln MKZ sedan, with 3 seats and 3 suitcases. Families heading to Hamilton or Buffalo with full luggage need the Suburban or the Escalade. All five are on the Toronto airport limo fleet page.
The Sprinter carries 12 people, golf bags included, and the stretch limo seats 10 with small bags only. A child seat costs $15 in any of them.
Timing
Dispatch never closes, so a 4 AM run to Buffalo or a midnight landing at Hamilton is booked like any other trip.
For an arrival, share the flight number. Dispatch tracks it, and a delayed plane just means the car arrives later, at no extra cost.
Other options
One traveller with a carry-on near Union Station should look at the UP Express to Pearson. An adult pays $12.35, per the UP Express fares page. Billy Bishop runs a free shuttle from Union too.
Hamilton airport is linked to downtown Hamilton by the HSR A-Line Express, and Grand River Transit buses reach the Waterloo airport. A booked car pays off with a group, heavy bags, an odd hour or a long drive such as Buffalo.
