Who we are

Who is Limo Airport Toronto?

Limo Airport Toronto is an airport car service based in Toronto. You will find us at limoairporttoronto.net, by phone at 416-886-9711 and by email at info@limoairporttoronto.net. Several Toronto companies use names close to ours, so those three details are the quickest way to be sure you have reached us.

Our work is one thing: getting people between home, office or hotel and the airport. Pearson is where most trips begin or end. The other four airports we serve are Billy Bishop on the waterfront, John C. Munro in Mount Hope, YKF in Breslau and BUF across the border in New York.

Our promises

What we promise on every ride

Your price is fixed at booking and pays for the whole car, not each seat. Highway tolls, the 407 ETR included, are inside it. A slow highway or a late plane does not raise it, because there is no delay charge.

For an arriving flight, our dispatch software watches your flight, so the car is timed to when the wheels actually touch down rather than the schedule on your ticket.

We are licensed and insured, and the phone is answered day and night. A child seat costs $15, and companies may settle all their rides with a single monthly invoice.

Prices

How our prices work

Each town has its own published fare, listed by vehicle on our service areas page. Inside the Toronto area a sedan to Pearson runs from $72 to $129, and downtown Toronto is $82.

The longer runs are flat too: $120 by sedan to Hamilton airport, $167 to Region of Waterloo and $452 to Buffalo, each measured from Pearson. Since the price is for the vehicle, a family of four in one SUV pays a single fare.

Want to check our number against a taxi? Pearson's own fare estimate tool gives a rough taxi and limo fare for any address.

The cars we drive

Every vehicle is black. The Lincoln MKZ sedan suits 1 to 3 riders with 3 suitcases. Six people fit in the Chevrolet Suburban and seven in the Cadillac Escalade, and each takes 6 bags.

For bigger parties, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter holds a group of 12 along with golf clubs or skis, and the Escalade stretch limo seats 10 with space for small bags only. Our fleet page shows photos and fares for each one.

Where we drive

Where we drive

Our fare list covers 173 towns, from Toronto, Peel and York out through Halton, Durham, Waterloo Region and Niagara. Nine of the busiest have their own guide, such as Mississauga airport limo, airport limo from Vaughan and Oakville pickups.

On the airport side, each of the five airports has its own page with pickup spots, distances and fares. Start with the five airports overview or the Pearson airport limo guide.

Before you book

What to have ready when you contact us

A complete request gets a price back in one step. These details cover almost every trip:

  • The travel date, plus the flight number for an arrival
  • The pickup address, with a unit or gate code if there is one
  • The number of riders, and their ages if a child seat is needed
  • How many suitcases, and any golf bags, skis or strollers
  • The airport and terminal, if you already know it

Booking

How a booking works

  1. Use the booking form on our contact page, or phone us. Tell us the date, the pickup time or flight, the address, how many people and how many bags.

  2. We reply with one fixed price for the whole vehicle. Once you confirm, the ride is held at that price, and on the day the car arrives at the booked time. For an airport pickup, that time moves with your flight.

Who it suits

Who our service suits

A business traveller with a 5 AM departure can book the night before, and the company can settle every ride on one monthly invoice. A family can add child seats at $15 each and fit 6 bags in an SUV.

Twelve friends can share the Sprinter rather than split into three cars. A traveller chasing a cheaper US fare out of Buffalo can book the run across the border, with the bridge toll inside the price.

Straight talk

When to skip the limo

If you are travelling alone with one bag and you live near Union Station, take the UP Express train. An adult ticket is $12.35 on the UP Express fares page, far below any car.

A limo starts to make sense with two or more people, heavy bags, small children, an early flight before the trains run, or a home far from a station. We would rather tell you that up front than sell a ride you do not need.
