Prices
Airport limo prices
You pay a single amount for the entire vehicle, one way, with Toronto Pearson at one end, agreed before pickup. From Union Station that means $82 in a sedan or $106 in an SUV. The Sprinter is $452 and the stretch limo $566.
It depends on the distance. Mississauga starts at $72 by sedan and Brampton is $77, while Oshawa is $129. All 173 towns we price are listed on our airport limo service areas page.
Starting at Pearson, a sedan runs $82 to Billy Bishop and $120 to Hamilton. It is $167 to Region of Waterloo and $452 to Buffalo Niagara. Each airport has its own page, linked from our airports overview.

No, it is per vehicle. Four people sharing an SUV from downtown split a single $106 fare.
No. The amount is fixed when you book, so a jammed highway never adds to it.
No. A delay costs you nothing. We follow your flight number and send the car for the time you actually land.
Booking
Book an airport limo
Call 416-886-9711 or send the form on our contact page with the date, time, addresses and flight number. We reply with a single price, and the ride is booked once you confirm.
The date and time, the pickup and drop-off addresses, and your flight number. Add the number of travellers and suitcases, plus the vehicle you want. Mention car seats or ski bags too.

At the airport
Where to meet your driver
Outside arrivals, where pre-booked cars collect passengers. Pearson uses two terminals, so tell us which airline you fly. The Pearson airport limo page walks through it.
Two hours ahead works for most flights within Canada, and three hours for international ones. Passengers bound for the US go through American customs before boarding at Pearson, which adds time.
At 2 Eireann Quay, on the mainland next to the tunnel and ferry building. Cars may stop there only long enough to load bags. More on our Billy Bishop airport limo page.
Vehicles
Seats and luggage
It depends on the vehicle. Our MKZ sedan seats 3, the Suburban 6, the Escalade 7, the stretch limo 10 and the Sprinter 12. Expect fewer free seats when everyone brings a large suitcase. Bag space for each one is listed in our Toronto airport limo fleet.
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. It seats 12 and has the cargo space for long sports gear.
Count people first, then suitcases. One to three travellers with a case each fit the Lincoln MKZ sedan. Four to six with big suitcases need the Suburban, and a party of seven takes the Escalade. Eight to twelve ride in the Sprinter, $452 between Pearson and Union Station.
Only small bags. The long cabin seats 10, so choose the Sprinter or an SUV when everyone has a full suitcase.
Longer trips
Trips past the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
It depends on your town. Ajax, Whitby and Markham are nearer to Billy Bishop than to Pearson, and Burlington is nearest to Hamilton airport. Each city page lists the distance to all five.
Yes. From Toronto Pearson, a limo to Niagara Falls is $215 by sedan and $234 by SUV. The 12-seat Sprinter is $714, and no border crossing is needed.

Canadians show a passport or a NEXUS card at the land border, as the Government of Canada's US travel advice explains. Visitors from elsewhere should check the US rules for their own passport.
