The car for one or two travellers and a normal amount of luggage. The trunk takes three full-size suitcases, and the back seat has room to stretch out after a long flight.
A full-size SUV with three rows of seats. It is the one to pick when the bags outnumber the people, because strollers and sports bags fit behind the last row.
Three rows like the Suburban, with a quieter cabin and softer seats. Book it when the ride is part of the occasion, or when you are collecting someone you want to impress.
Side bench seating and space for ten people heading out together. It is better for a group with carry-ons than for a family with suitcases. The long body leaves little room for big bags.
A tall van with room to stand up and walk to your seat. A group of twelve rides together in one vehicle, with one driver and one booking.

From Pearson to Union Station the rate is $82 by sedan, $106 by SUV, $452 by Sprinter and $566 by stretch limo. Each fare covers the whole vehicle for a one-way trip from Toronto Pearson. The SUV column is the same price for the Suburban and the Escalade.

Groups of 8
We do not run an 8-seat model, so a group of 8 takes the next size up. The Sprinter costs $452 from Pearson to downtown, with 4 seats to spare.
If the group travels light, the stretch limo seats 10 for $566. Seven people fit in one Cadillac Escalade for $106, which is often the cheapest answer for a group just under 8.
Per seat
Fill every seat between Pearson and Union Station, and the math is simple. It comes to about $27 each in the sedan and $15 each in the Escalade. The Sprinter works out near $38 a seat, and the stretch limo near $57.
One traveller with light bags who starts near Union pays less on the UP Express, at $12.35 for an adult. Once there are bags, children or a suburban address, a shared vehicle usually makes more sense.
Families and work
A family usually needs an SUV: 6 or 7 seats and room for 6 suitcases. Each child seat is $15 and is in place before the car arrives.
